As professional service providers, we know how important time is and we strive to give our undivided attention.
Our salon and spa team relies on your business.
No shows result in the loss of both wages and the opportunity for other guests to be served.
After no call/no show or last-minute cancellation, a credit card must be provided at the time of scheduling your next appointment.
Upon cancellation, the missed service will be charged.

Small group appointments of 2-4 people or single appointments 4 hours or longer, require a credit card to hold the appointment.
Cancelation must be received 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a charge equal to total services booked.
